Exchanges and Credit notes within 7-day, subject to management approval
Parts will only be accepted back if they are in the same condition as sold.
A 20% handling and re-stocking fee applies to all goods returned for credit, unless waived by management.
Shipping/freight charged and packaging costs are NOT REFUNDABLE.
Panels and parts are sold as inspected and its up the customer to ensure correct make, model and body type is given, we cannot be held responsible for incorrect information.
All goods must be returned to World Wide Prestige Spares, freight pre-paid for inspection prior to warranty being acted upon.
NO REFUNDS for change of mind or if incorrect part/s are ordered.
No credit will be given for parts specially procured for the customer or for cut body sections.
All repairs made without consent of World Wide Prestige Spares will be the responsibility of the customer.
