Should you have a problem with engine or part purchased, please ring World Wide Prestige Spares. DO NOT DISMANTLE ANY ASSEMBLY such as engines, gearboxes, and differentials, as they are only covered by warranty whilst they are still intact. All guarantees and warranties are invalid if the assembly is dismantled. Incorrect or poor fitting, failure to conduct proper maintenance, modifications or non-original use will void warranty.
Parts must be fitted by a licensed repairer/mechanic.
Broken or damaged gears in gearboxes and differentials are not covered by warranty.
All turbochargers are guaranteed to work at start up only (providing they have been primed correctly)
All engines carry a 30-day changeover warranty, unless otherwise specified.
It should be noted that World Wide Prestige Spares will not be held responsible for:
Any labour/towing cots of part replacement
Any consequential damage or costs, loss of income or demurrage/downtime that may arise from the use of our parts.
Before installing and engine, gearbox, transmission, or mechanical part, please note the following points:
Ensure cooling system is in good condition-check radiator, hoses, cap, thermostat etc.
Use correct oil and lubricants and keep them at the correct level
Replace oil, fuel and air filters.
Timing belts should be checked before installation and replaced if necessary. World Wide Prestige Spares warranty does not extend to damage caused by timing belt failure.
All oil seals must be checked before installation and replaced if necessary. Leaking seals are not covered by warranty.
Use of aftermarket ECU voids warranty
Water pumps need to be checked for wear or corrosion before use and replaced if necessary.
Failure to comply with these points will void warranty given. Any damage caused by over-heating, lack of proper lubrication, heat tab failure or missing heat tab will be the customers liability. Engines are sold bare long; therefore, engine accessories are not covered under warranty. The choice is the customer as to whether they use our accessories or their existing ones. Please note, turbocharges are classifies as an accessory.
RETURNS
Exchanges and Credit notes within 7-day, subject to management approval
Parts will only be accepted back if they are in the same condition as sold.
A 20% handling and re-stocking fee applies to all goods returned for credit, unless waived by management -Shipping/freight charged and packaging costs are NOT REFUNDABLE -Panels and parts are sold as inspected and its up the customer to ensure correct make, model and body type is given, we can’t be held responsible for incorrect information. -All goods must be returned to World Wide Prestige Spares, freight pre-paid for inspection prior to warranty being acted upon. -NO REFUNDS for change of mind or if incorrect part/s are ordered. -No credit will be given for parts specially procured for the customer or for cut body sections
All repairs made without consent of World Wide Prestige Spares will be the responsibility of the customer -Warranty terms are non-transferable and non-negotiable
World Wide Prestige Spares will not be responsible for any verbal or implied representations.
ALL CHANGEOVERS ALL FLUIDS MUST BE FULLY DRAINED PRIOR TO PICKUP. ALL GOODS MUST BE PACKAGED IN SAME CONDITION IT WAS RECEIVED
ACCEPTANCE OF CONDITIONS OF SALE
The above conditions of sale constitute the basis of agreement between our customers and us. Accepting delivery of goods detailed on any of our invoices is acknowledgement of the above conditions of sale.
Please retain this tax invoice, as any claims, warranty, or trade-in will not be allowed unless accompanied by this receipt (or the official receipt number given).
