Return Policy
- Exchanges and Credit notes within 7-day, subject to management approval.
- Parts will only be accepted back if they are in the same condition as sold.
- A 20% handling and re-stocking fee applies to all goods returned for credit, unless waived by management.
- Shipping/freight charged and packaging costs are NOT REFUNDABLE.
- Panels and parts are sold as inspected and it?s the customer?s responsibility to ensure correct make, model and body type is given.
- All goods must be returned to World Wide Prestige Spares, freight pre-paid for inspection prior to warranty being acted upon.
- NO REFUNDS for change of mind or if incorrect part/s are ordered.
- No credit will be given for parts specially procured for the customer or for cut body sections.
- All repairs made without consent of World Wide Prestige Spares will be the responsibility of the customer.
- Warranty terms are non-transferable and non-negotiable.
